1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the 'Agreement') govern the use of documents available for download and access to the online course provided by Caelum Opus Quality Consulting ('Caelum Opus', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By purchasing or accessing any of the documents or online course materials, you agree to comply with these Terms. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Caelum Opus.
2. Scope of Use
The documents available for purchase and download and the online course are intended for the sole use of the purchaser (the 'Customer'). The documents are provided to assist with ISO 9001 2015 as references only. The courses are designed to provide instruction and guidance on ISO 9001 2015 standards and practices. These materials are for internal use only.
By purchasing or accessing these materials, you agree to the following limitations on use:
- The documents may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside of the purchasing company or individual.
- The online course is intended for use of the individual who purchased it. Access to the course is limited to the purchaser and may not be shared with other individuals, organizations, or third parties.
- You shall not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from the materials.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the documents and online course materials are owned by Caelum Opus Quality Consulting or its licensors. The documents and course materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal purposes only as described in this Agreement.
You agree not to infringe on any intellectual property rights associated with the documents or courses, and any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your access to the materials.
4. Restrictions on Use
You are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following actions with respect to the documents and online course materials:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the materials to any third party.
- Sharing the materials with individuals or entities who are not authorized by this Agreement.
- Using the materials to create competing products or services.
- Modifying, reproducing, or otherwise altering the documents or course content without explicit consent from Caelum Opus.
5. Course Access and User Responsibilities
Upon purchasing the online course, you are granted access to the course materials for a period of 12 months. Access is limited to the individual who made the purchase. You may not share your login information or provide access to anyone else.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the course complies with this Agreement and any applicable laws. Caelum Opus reserves the right to revoke your access if we determine that you have violated any part of this Agreement.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The documents and online course are provided 'as is' and Caelum Opus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the materials for your purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caelum Opus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the documents or course materials. All materials provided by Caelum Opus Quality Consulting are intended to be used as references only. None of the materials sold by Caelum Opus Quality Consulting guarantee any sort of result to the user/purchaser. There is no guarantee that by purchasing these materials, the purchaser will be entitled to specific results following an audit.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Caelum Opus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you provide. Any data collected in connection with the purchase of the documents or online course will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and store your personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, and payment details, for the purpose of processing your purchase and providing customer support.
8. Termination
Caelum Opus reserves the right to terminate your access to the documents and course materials if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the materials and delete any copies you have.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation/arbitration.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
